SANITIZATION

Due to their rapid growth, microbiological deposits quickly pose a serious operational risk and often lead to production downtime.
Contaminants such as germs, yeasts, bacteria, fungi, etc. multiply exponentially and often form a firmly adhering, chemically largely inert biofilm on interior surfaces. With our modern chemical sanitization methods, which can usually be used at ambient temperature, biofilms are chemically dissolved and flushed out of the system. For the treatment of external surfaces, e.g., in clean rooms, we rely on decontamination, using both chemical processes and fumigation with modern equipment.
In new construction projects or renovation measures, delays often occur before commissioning after the installation of partial systems. These time periods pose a safety risk for all surfaces. We often observe that unwanted media residues collect at the lowest points of systems, from which microbiological contamination and even closed biofilm can quickly develop.
The first step is to remove the deposits using modern analytical method in order to precisely tailor the respective cleaning process. The high efficiency of our sanitizing media then enables fast and low-risk on-site implementation. The used chemicals can usually be disposed of on site.
